Pardee Properties is committed to making a difference locally and began a donation program to raise funds for local charities. We donate 10% of our net proceeds from each sale to the local charity of our clients choice. The program began in June 2009 and has had great success! Since its inception we've donated over $185,000 for local charities and have helped direct awareness toward each of their causes.
