Pardee Properties is committed to making a difference locally and began a donation program to raise funds for local charities. We donate 10% of our net proceeds from each sale to the local charity of our clients choice. The program began in June 2009 and has had great success! Not only have we raised over $45,000 thus far we have also directed more awareness toward each of their causes. Thank you, to each and every one of you who have assisted us in making this happen!
